  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship to: Europe We will try to ship to as many countries as possible. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • How much is the shipping cost?
    Europe: — Free shipping for orders over €200 EUR — €10 EUR shipping for orders below €200 EUR Rest of the world: — Free shipping for orders over €350 EUR — €25 EUR shipping for orders below €350 EUR All orders are shipped with DHL Express including a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay taxes and duties.
  • How long it will take to receive my order?
    Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of your purchase (excluding weekends, European). After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes: — 2-4 business days within Europe — 4-8 business days within U.S. and Canada — Up to 14 business days for the rest of the world The delivery times are indicative only. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. DARZHA cannot be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact the courier service directly which is shared in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    We don't currently offer expedited shipping. However, we ship worldwide with DHL Express to get you your order as fast as possible.
  • How can I track my parcel ?
    As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. You can track your order when you log in at Account.
  • Do I pay taxes & duties?
    All taxes and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay and non-refundable. They are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination and the value of your purchase. — European Union: The prices include taxes and duty fees and you will not pay any additional fee upon arrival. — Outside European Union: Taxes and duty fees are not included in our prices. — United States: Taxes and duty fees may be only applied for orders exceeding $800 USD. For more accurate information, please check with your local Customs Office.
  • When can I receive my pre-order?
    The estimated date of arrival is specified on each product page. When you order a pre-order item, the total amount of your order is charged including the shipping cost if applicable. Ordered items are considered as sold and cannot be canceled. Once you have received the pre-order, the same return and exchange policy specified under "Returns and exchanges" section applies. If for any reason your pre-order item cannot be sent to you by DARZHA, we will refund your deposit in full including the shipping cost if paid.
  • Where do you ship my orders from?
    All orders are dispatched from Paris, France.
  • Can I return an item?
    Items purchased from DARZHA are eligible for a refund without question within 14 days of receiving your order. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received the item and returned to us within 30 days. Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges in new condition for a full refund: — Items must not be washed, worn or damaged — All original tags must be attached including garment packaging The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: — Items marked as 'final sale' — Accessories Return shipping costs are not covered by DARZHA. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Can I exchange my item with another color, zise or item?"
    We don't currently offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item for a new size, color or style, we suggest that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
  • How can I return my order?
    To return an item, please: 1. Submit your return request to Contact Us 2. Make sure your item is in new, unworn, original condition with original tags attached and including garment packaging 3. Enclose your name and order number inside 4. Securely pack and seal your item in a shipping box or envelope 5. Ship to us We require return with a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Items that do not meet conditions or are damaged are not eligible for refund and will be shipped back to the customer.
  • What if I received faulty or wrong item?
    We take every effort to check each garment thoroughly before packing and dispatching. However, human mistakes happen. If you have received a faulty or wrong item, please reach out to Customer Care right away with supporting images and we will resolve it as soon as possible. In case your item is deemed as faulty or wrong by DARZHA, we will cover the cost of return. Please note the items you've already worn or washed cannot be deemed as faulty. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been damaged during washing if our care instructions have not been followed.
  • What is the cost of return?
    The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from DARZHA. Handling and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • When do I get my refund
    After we receive your return, please allow us 2-3 business days to process, and another 5-7 business days for your bank to credit the amount to your account. The processing time may vary depending on your bank. Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment. We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order. Once you have received your order, you can submit a return request and send your order back for a refund.
  • What currency do I pay?
    Prices are displayed in your currency on the storefront for your reference. All our payments are processed in EUR (Euro) which is the default currency on our payment gateway. Your payment method will be charged in EUR at your payment provider's conversion rate. We take no responsibility for any extra fees charged by your bank when you use your credit card.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.
